Back in September this year, my wife and I were visiting the state fair and came across a talented photographer doing Iris sessions and I became obsessed as I never knew this style of photography existed. So we sat down and paid for a session and I came home that night and researched how to take iris photos and ordered all of the equipment I needed and hit the ground running.
Over the past two months I have officially photographed over 60 irises and converted a small room in my home into an iris studio where I am officially open for business and booking iris sessions. I am located in Layton, Utah just off of the freeway and its been an honor starting this new adventure.
